@CostaCoffee I went through the drive thru so didn’t realise until I got home 🏡. Ultimately I shouldn’t need to check my order is up to standard before I leave 🤔. Quality control should be in place to ensure every customer is getting what they are paying for

@CostaCoffee I haven’t been out due to lockdown so thought I would treat myself after doing my food shop. What a disappointment it was 😔 hot chocolate tastes like powder and they didn’t even bother to slice my toastie. Come on, how can you get it so wrong??? 🤔

@PizzaExpress I’m very disappointed with the attitude of your manager at your Ashford High Street restaurant. For a man who claims to have been in the catering industry for 20 years, I would expect much better customer service. Arguing with a customer, WOW!
