@hexatekin Our UCC Association is doing a racial/economic justice focus this year with WHITE POVERTY as the basis. We just met today to launch the project. The southeast coast of Massachusetts has most of the issues that could unite people if only we get them talking to each other.

They say we get the leaders we deserve. Either that has just been disproven, or this is not the America we all thought we were living in.

Alas, he’s right. I don’t understand it; I gritted my teeth to vote for HRC because she was the only true candidate in the race and I could at least respect her, if not like her at all. Voting for KH was easier, I like her a lot and respect her more.

I’d really like to turn my AC off now. But I need highs to be in the low 50s and stay there for at least a week to bleed the heat out of the bricks. At that point, my neighbors push their heat up enough to keep my apartment in the 68-72 range with no heat on in my place.
