The Black Lives Memorial garden is still alive and well. This marks 24 hours since the City's deadline to remove it before Parks and Rec destroys one of the last monuments to the 2020 protests. Supporters are still on site as the City could come at any moment.

@stgpresents Seattle Theater Group calls itself “The People’s Theater”, and has decided to bring this to our city, putting us at risk by bringing with it a horde of fashy out of town fans. STG isn’t your friend and doesn’t give a shit about the community beyond optics.

Tonight is the first of two nights of the Seattle Theater Group platforming the bigot trash pile that is Jordan Peterson. @stgpresents valiantly resisted doing the right thing at every given opportunity, and has brought JP and his fashy fanbase to Seattle. Mask up and push back!

You may recognize Jordan Peterson, the man @stgpresents is bringing to Seattle, but some of you may not know him immediately. He’s well known for his misogynistic, transphobic, anti-vax, and sex assault apologist view points.

For over six months now, STG has been well aware of the harm they are doing to Seattle by bringing JP here, and have been given every opportunity to do -something-. Instead the CEO and execs have of course opted to release a milquetoast non-apology and are forging on ahead.
