life flashes before your eyes because the body releases DMT to facilitate the exit of your soul through the holes of your body. kundalini does not rise when you die, you do not have the energy required to do so then. it becomes purely a matter of consciousness. you leave through the hole which is at the level of your consciousness while living. if you were at the level of root chakra, it leaves through the anus. if you were at sacral, it leaves through the sexual organs and so on.

crown chakra has nothing to do with sungazing, it only decalcifies the pineal gland. you can not bypass the inner work required to raise your kundalini and open your lower chakras by just sungazing. the spot where kundalini makes a hole in your skull is called the brahmarandhara or pathway of the creator. it is also called the 10th door of the body which you have to work to open. if it is opened you dont have to die to become one with the creator, you do so while living and become a divine vessel. if it is not opened, the soul leaves through the other 9 holes in your body depending on the level of your consciousness.

everyone who goes through suicidal tendencies are almost always good hearted people. and suicidal ideation is used as a way of negating excess of positive karma accrued in past lives unconsciously. when the past positive karma has been balanced enough, the tendency falls by itself and your life begins to change for the better without any effort. positive and negative karmas both bound the soul to samsara. only when they are balanced can you practice detachment and stop yourself from creating any more karmas, which in turn allows you to rapidly ascend in your spiritual pursuit.

shakti is the divine mother. how can a mother ruin you? if you are not ready, she will not take the risk of rising in you. if she does and something goes south after that, know that she is just cleansing your karmic debt or clearing heavy emotional knots. accept everything that happens with open arms because something much larger than you is working through you. when shakti rises, no demon can come close.

@legitimatetiger spot on. i tried telling them what you manifest has to align with what the universe wants for you. it is not a candy shop. it has to take care of your spiritual evolution as well, that is what is most important for her. i stopped when i saw how stubborn they all were.

Completely agree. The spine is indeed very important for spiritual development, It's the central channel for energy. A big part of my own energetic practice revolves around exactly that. When the spine is free and strong, energy flows better and access to deeper states becomes easier. Especially maintaining a straight posture during meditation really pays off.

True, but personally I would add a little bit to that: I would say that when a Soul is ready (possibly after many many lifetimes), they will start choosing paths that lead towards that Union. Yes, this will happen for every Soul eventually, sure, but all paths are not the same. Just like in every day life, some roads lead towards the destination while others lead the opposite way.
