@optum_support received an unexpected call from optum, asking me for PII. Transferred to a person also asking for PII. They can't tell me why they're calling. When the call ended they put me on hold instead of letting me do the post call survey. Is this normal?

@Tempiwmf Bi-monthly. Last month was “high” and it was $216. Mind you, whatever we don’t pay in this utility, the county takes in personal property tax. My RV was $11,000 for 2022.
