Dear @officialepfo, A close friend of mine has been unemployed for more than 12 months. He has been trying to withdraw his EPF and he has got rejected 3 times now. He has only one UAN. Everything is linked correctly. After 2 rejections, he tried linking another bank account. Re-KYC done for new bank account. Nothing seems to work. He is feeling so helpless and needs his own money desperately. Why is a tax paying citizen not able to withdraw his own hard earned money? We talk about digital, but one is finding it so difficult to withdraw their own money. Has anyone faced issues like this? One of my car’s headlights stopped working today. It came straight from the factory 4 years ago, so I guess it finally reached its end. I went to a small automobile shop nearby. The owner started speaking in Marathi but quickly noticed I was struggling, so he switched to English. And his English was really polished, surprising for a small shop in a gram panchayat area. When I asked more, he said he was a software engineer for 15 years. Since this area has been growing with software professionals for the last 5 years and new apartments == new cars he took a chance and opened an automobile store. And it’s working well. To attract customers, he charges full price for materials but offers free installation. He accepts credit cards, debit cards and UPI, while many stores here still ask for 2% extra. He focuses on customer value and depends on repeat customers. In one year, his business grew from ₹80K per month to ₹2.4L per month revenue. His gross margin is 40%, and he expects to recover his investment by the end of 2026. He said they don’t get big modification projects yet, but once those start, he expects ₹4–5L per month. It’s an unorganized sector, and he wants to grow through quality, customer service and premium offerings. Any suggestions for people already in this sector ?

So yesterday night, I drove for 8 hours and personally experienced Nitin Gadkari’s space technology on our roads. All of a sudden, on a national highway, the road turned into the surface of the moon and unlike the real moon, this one also had water. At a speed of 80–100 kmph, my car hit onto the moon’s surface. It kept bouncing on potholes for nearly 100–200 meters as I tried to control it. And then, out of nowhere, there was a massive pothole filled with water and boom! The entire car got a free car-wash, and the back bumper was completely broken and thrown off. Thank you, Nitin Gadkari ji, for your space technology on roads. It gave me a free trip to the moon and also helped me find a reason to buy a new bumper.
