@PulseOrbit @irontateHQ Banks have legal grounds to freeze accounts on suspicion of money laundering which in EU borders is illegal. Banks investigate it before they lock your money. If you cant prove legal grounds for the source of money (e.g. Onlyfans transactions in their case), they can freeze it

No bank or fintech has the right to freeze someone’s funds based on “suspicion” or “high risk” guesses. You need official proof of actual criminal activity, not assumptions, not media stories, not political pressure. Freezing £657k without concrete evidence is straight theft with extra steps. Presumption of innocence still exists. If there’s no charge and no court order, they should have zero power to hold someone else’s money. This “guilty until proven innocent” banking behavior is dangerous.
