@EmiratesSupport @emirates It has now been 27 days since you told me that I will receive my refund in 21 days. It is 32 days since you cancelled my holiday.  I need my money back. This is unacceptable customer service.

@EmiratesSupport still no refund. You stated it would be 21 days and it’s now 26 days with no apology/response. Unacceptable

@therealgeebers @SimonCalder Hi, as expected flights cancelled. Had a call from @EmiratesSupport yesterday to ask me if I wanted to cancel holiday for a refund. I agreed so should get full refund in 7-14 days 😔

@themacatron @SimonCalder Watching this. I have more time (6 weeks is hopefully enough to resolve immediate airspace issues) but similar flights to Maldives. Good luck … please post back when you establish your options

Many questions about passengers' rights. If you are booked from the UK, or on a British/European airline from anywhere in the world, air passengers’ rights rules apply. Non-UK or EU airline from outside Europe? The carrier has few legal obligations to help independent.co.uk/travel/news-an…

@SimonCalder Hi, Due to fly from Heathrow to Maldives on Monday with stopover in Dubai. If/when the flight is cancelled will I get a full refund from Emirates as I booked the full package with them, hotel and flights? Thanks

There was some turgid ugly atmospheres at WHL. It wasn’t all sweetness & light. But.. What it did have was a feeling of togetherness. No bollocks guitar playing by the bars & everyone singing away, that was saved for while the match was on. When one stand went up we all did..
