1) To talk more quietly in restaurants. 2) Don't wear shorts in restaurants. 3) Remove your baseball caps when you sit down to eat. 4) Yes, that is the portion size. 5) No, you're not allergic, just picky. 6) Condiments? Mustard. 7) Yes, that's the drink size. 8) Dogs allowed.
