Steak and Shake was asked several times in this thread what country the beef was from. They did not answer at all. I think American Cattlemen would sure like to know where your beef is being sourced from.

"Grass-fed" indicates that cattle ate grass for a portion of their lives but may have been finished on — that is, switched to — a diet of grain, while "grass-finished" means the animals ate only grass throughout their lives. Grass-finished beef comes from cattle raised on a diet of grass and other foraged vegetation exclusively. Grass-finished beef has higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids, CLAs (conjugated linoleic acids — essential fatty acids that studies show inhibit cancer and fight body fat), and vitamins A and E. Class is dismissed. 🔔

The shell game is claiming “grass fed” when they’re still brought to a finishing house and give corn/soy blend for 3 months before slaughter.

@TheFoxMatriarch You arent starving your child when there is food in front of them. You bend them to you will with everything else, ie don't run into the street, don't touch a hot stove, go to bed, eat your vegetables, brush your teeth etc.

No parent needs to have "child foods" like sugary cereals or processed chicken nuggets at home to "get their child to eat." For example, you serve them whatever you are eating for dinner. If they don't eat it, that's perfectly fine. Breakfast will be served in 12 hours.
