@SouthernRailUK Found out whats wrong with my keycard. I need to add my annual goldcard to it. When I look on the website the only ticket type I can add is a 16-17 saver. Is this expected?
@SouthernRailUK I went yesterday at 13:30 the window was open but after 15 minutes no one appeared. I went this morning at 7:30. The nice woman at the cafe said she didn't know when it would open.

@LNER Hey, I booked a ticket for Sept 2nd on July 9th. Looking at the confirmation the ticket has been issued for July 9th. Is it possible to get this changed obviously it was never used? Thanks
