Though arguably worst than "ideal" capitalism, a state of de-facto monopoly in which the contradictions of the system reached the breaking point would be ideal for establishing a socialist system (again, that's been much debated so not really an universal law)

And yet he couldn't beat Zohran. Guess what Zohran had: 100,000 incredibly passionate volunteers, hitting the streets for him.

Say what you want about Zohran Mamdani but not only did he just WIN, he gave a masterclass to Democrats on how to have a new, fresh energy, how to have fun, and why a concrete vision for the future matters. Bye-bye, Cuomo.
