@ouraring you need to fix the registration on your app. Disgraceful that I pay extra to get the ring delivered this morning only for your system to fall at the first hurdle and not allow me to register.
We are sorry to report the recent issues with the Sure Petcare app. Our 3rd party provider, Amazon Web Services, experienced a major outage. Our system checks show the issue is now resolved but you may see issues as the service resets.

@on_lothianbuses I like contactless payment, but my card statements are littered with 10p going in and out all over the place. Why not charge the remainder at the end of the day instead of refunding a month later? Twice including the return journey.
Hey @LNER how about replacing the stupid @VirginTrains seat numbers at the doors with a colour that does not cause everyone to get on the wrong end of the carriage. Tired of watching 80% of passengers think red means “not this end” #EfficientCommunication
@LNER Every 5 minutes I have to get up to close the toilet door to cut down the smell. Again, the old train doors would close without needing a human interaction. And a window nearby. These sliding doors let’s the smell out. You make me want to fly.
Another long journey on an east coast @LNER train where the ventilation is broken. Shame this train is “new” or we could open a window to get some cool air instead of the smell from the toilets. #PukeBagsOnStandby 🤢
@greateranglia Finally on the move after waiting 50 minutes for your every 30 minute service. This is not the first time. At least it was sunny. No ticket check as usual.
Just been told that the bus replacements to and from Newberry Park are free. I missed the bus buying a ticket. @greateranglia sucks. Bought tickets for the last year.
