Our work indicates that the FB cortical actin network is necessary for FB cell size expansion, & also for Lpp trafficking and nutrient signaling. It agrees with Akhila Rajan (@therajanlab), shows that insulin signaling is influenced by FB lipid state. (doi.org/10.7554/eLife.…).
