I really don’t think teen sex is or should be normal

@FreddE_Freedom @YourAnonCentral Thanks. Never had problems with my wrists. I developed golfer’s elbow when I was benching with greater wrist flexion. I changed my form at the recommendation of an orthopedic surgeon, and my symptoms went away. Might have gone a bit too far though

@YourAnonCentral Here’s a video of me benching 350. The bar doesn’t bend that much (some bars bend more than others) but the rack shook a lot more than Hegseth’s. Based on that, his build, his poor form, his other lifts, and that this is regime propaganda, my guess is he used fake weights
