@KotakBankLtd Trying to open 811 super account through app from last 2 days, every time getting new error. Paid initial amount of 10k thrice got refund only twice. Kindly look into the matter and support in opening the account. @kotak811

Called CC, asked to open nearby panel turn OFF the MCCB and turn ON, app started showing available. Still car didn't charge, showing communication error. App status changing continuously.

@StatiqIndia This is recently installed Statiq charger at good location (Karad, MH), but it is always under maintenance and not working even if app shows available. Kindly get it in order with good uptime. @ferrarirules86 @Shaggy7979 @evelectree

Statiq charger has location advantage but poor uptime. Glida charger requires small detour and the hotel is not so good.

@Vivo_India After latest update on Vivo X300, (Refer below snapshot) battery life has degraded considerably. Earlier with normal use it used to go for 36 hrs, now it is around 24 hrs. Standby drain is too high. Kindly look into this.

@atherenergy @tarunsmehta Bought Rizta S with Pro-pack almost 2 weeks ago and delivery taken on 01-Feb, still the pro-pack is not activated. Got whatsapp message that it is activated on 04 Feb. Dealer (Hadapsar, Pune) is saying it will take 3 more days. Kindly look into matter.

@MGMotorIn Stuck in Gokarna. Windsor Pro not charging at 3 chargers. Only 4% left, have to reach pune. It is 4 hrs since reached out to RSA, no Cab arrived yet.

@MGSupportIndia As advised, i have checked with MG Service center in Hadapsar, Pune. There is no Fog Lamp available as accesory for MG Windsor. Kindly look into this as low light during fog condition is safety concern.

@MGMotorIn Headlight throw of MG Windsor Essence Pro is very poor. Now, as winter arrives, driving in fog would become very difficult and dangerous. Considering this hazard, kindly consider adding / allowing fog light as an accessory. @ferrarirules86 @Shaggy7979 @TeslaClubIN

@MSEDCL Kindly inform your team to refer earlier complaint which has detail explanation. Issue is in bill of Sep 25 which is second bill which is billed for 0- 572 KVAH. Billed for 572 units, while actual consumption is 263 KW. First bill was in Aug 25 which was billed KWH.

@MSEDCL The complaint is getting closed without going through it. EIther your team do doesn't understand the bill or do not want to understand purposely. Local office says it is billing software issue, then why complaint is closed? Kindly advise how this complaint can be escalated.
