Candace Owens’ conspiracy theories are getting destroyed! Another one just bit the dust. She claimed the footage of Tyler Robinson turning himself in didn’t exist. But according to testimony, Robinson did turn himself in, there was video evidence, and investigators interviewed him, his mom, his Dad, and a family friend throughout the night. He was then formally arrested early the next morning.

I will say it again for the people in the back. This is a preliminary hearing, not a trial. The judge is deciding whether there is enough evidence to move forward. The defense stated during the preliminary hearing that they wanted the video redacted so it would not show Tyler Robinson’s face or the timestamp before a jury is picked. The judge has all the unredacted evidence the state is presenting.
