Madhwa seers have had harsh views Adwaita. Most Madhwas accept the views of the gurus in an unquestioning manner. Many people think that we, the ordinary, devotees are creating the labels as a provocation. No. We are not. We follow the wisdom of our sages and hence treat Adwaita the way we do it.

As a Madhwa, I believe that Adwaita is wrong and a corruption of beliefs. Many madhwas widely believe that Madwaacharya had referred to both Adwaita and Shankaracharya as demonic. We have a right to our beliefs. We are not asking you to accept our beliefs. You may differ and even call us names- which you do. But this is our right to our beliefs. Hari sarva uttama; Vaayu jeeva uttama.

Best option is to take all good things from any acharya and ignore those which aren't palatable, without any disrespect.

My whole life I hv never disrespected any saint, be it Madhvacharyaru, Rayaru or anyone else.
But seeing Shankaracharyaru being abused & called names like "jaara putra" is deeply disturbing.

Respectfully, Smarthas have reduced Mantralayam as well as Raghavendra Swami to some what of a miracle baba. Ignoring how great of a scholar he was also his commitment towards Madhva Matham. You go there because you want to. Matha doesn't owe you anything in return.
