Any peptide users interested in publicly tracking their results with the accuracy usually reserved for clinical trials? 👀

@hubermanlab I’d love to do a real world evidence study on this but unfortunately these are all directly to consumer

All people are driven... some by solid-propellant rocket, some by combustion engine, some like a frothy-mouthed blinkered horse before the whip... some by swiss watch movement .... me? Each morning I waken to the acrid taste of the shem in my mouth.

Day 18 update: > Down 7-8 lbs > Started at 15.7% body fat. Would guess I'm closer to 12% now > Titrating between 0.5mg and 1mg depending on appetite > Never gotten this lean before unless I meal prepped and tracked every calorie > Probably 30% weaker in the gym, but it will come back > Heart rate is mostly normal now, but cardio does seem to jack it up more easily. Or I just don't have many carbs in my system > Mainly just trying to proteinmaxx and fibermaxx > Nauseau mostly gone I'm concerned about the quality and longevity of RUO sites, so currently trying out a rec where you get to talk to a real MD and ask questions about the peptides. More expensive but feels safer. Also started taking Epitathalon last night. Had more vivid dreams. Normal protocol is to take it for 10 days straight.

Day 3 Update on Tirz + BPC-157 > Nausea has subsided > Woke up again after 6 hours of sleep > Ate ~1200 calories, mostly protein slop. Hard to eat more > Scared I'm going to lose all my muscle mass > Getting Dexa scan today to make sure Any tips on improving sleep?

i was getting really cheesed off with my oura ring because i've been waking up at 3am for the past 7 days and i was expecting to understand WHY i was waking up from the data but i got nada. just some pretty data graphs on the dashboard and a shit sleep score. instead, i had to use @openclaw to hack my oura api and my cgm monitor (freestyle libre - the app is horrendous) and then i found out the answer to my restless sleep. nocturnal hypoglycemia. so simple and so easy.

- touch down sf - coffee shop in Palo Alto - guy next to me tracking 47 biomarkers on his laptop - thought he was doing saas metrics - he's optimizing his methylation age - starts explaining his quarterly rapamycin protocol - pulls out a vial from his backpack - grey-market BPC-157 - bought on Telegram, mixed in his kitchen last night - offers me some like it's a mint - "bro, want to speed up tissue repair?" Why does this feel completely normal here?

What if the real goal of longevity isn’t Healthspan, but something called Peakspan? New research argues the real target is Peakspan. Peakspan = the years you operate at ≥90% of your peak physical or cognitive ability. Here’s the surprising part: Most human systems peak in our 20s–30s. • VO₂max and lung function peak ~20–25 • Fluid intelligence peaks ~20–30 • Muscle strength peaks ~20–35 • Kidney function begins declining in the early 30s By age 50, most people have already left Peakspan for many systems, even if they’re still “healthy”. This creates a huge Peakspan–Healthspan gap: Years where you are disease-free but already operating below peak capability. The implication is big. Future longevity science should focus less on simply extending life and more on extending the years near peak performance. That means detecting the earliest functional decline and intervening early. AI may help do this by tracking personalized trajectories from wearables, biomarkers, and imaging to predict when someone is about to exit their Peakspan. If we extend Peakspan, we don’t just add years to life. We add high-performance years to human capability.

the more I read about psilocybin, the more it feels like GLP-1 for mental health gym + diet are hard? pill to loose weight easier meditation confusing and takes time? trip to make more accessible and compact
Guvenc@gvncgg

@CryptoMikli The brain reset angle is what’s most interesting here. Psilocybin increases neuroplasticity — temporarily making the brain more malleable, more open to new patterns. Meditation does the same thing, slower but permanently.
