This is my son Harry. He has Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. The same as what Fabrice Muamba collapsed of. Harry plays football today knowing he may have to give it up at any given moment. His heart is currently stable and he is allowed to play at the moment by hospital regulations. He is football mad and he played only played his first ever competitive match a year ago and has come on so much since then. Football is his true love, the bottom line is he is making the most of football whilst he can until he knows he will have to stop one day but he takes it all in his stride. #TeamGrassroots #grassrootsfootball #GRF
