@TfL help! I have received a PCN for non payment of congestion charge. But…I paid, on the day, I do have a receipt number. Also, when I’ve gone to query the PCN I’m told ‘PCN AND VEHICLE COMBINATION not found’ Help!!!

@TfL So I have followed the link…and once again, the PCN and Registration Mark don’t work! It’s the bizarrest thing! I do think there’s a problem with the PCN, but can’t file against it because the system won’t accept the PCN number and Car reg…I have tried many times!!!

@TfL @ChrisofCarr The reason for this is that the TfL website does not accept special characters in the password BUT it does not tell you this, instead it just says it doesn’t meet and only mentions need for 8 characters, uppercase and numbers. This is such a quick fix TfL, sort it out
