Being cell phone level close with prospects, gets deals done.
But no one ever tells you how to get on that basis.
5 opportunities I look for in a cycle...
- 𝗔 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. Call their cell phone in their signature (or check contact data). If they don't answer, text them.
Exp. "Hey it's Brian from Gong! On the Zoom now. Now still work?"
-𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. If you want to get some coaching before an upcoming call. Or have a different idea/path in mind.
Exp. "Hey it's Brian from Gong! Wanted to get your thoughts on a few things before our call next week. Do you have 5 min today? Figured cell is easiest!"
-𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗰 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. After a big call with other stakeholders, check in with them on feedback and run some more discovery to keep the deal moving.
Exp. "Hey it's Brian from Gong! That seems like it went great... thanks for jumping in throughout!! Do you have 5 min to connect real quick?"
-𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵. You can really run it at any point if you want to strategize with them on a few things.
Exp. "Hey it's Brian from Gong! Know we don't have time until next week but had a few ideas I wanted to run past you... Do you have 5 min later today? Figured cell is easiest!"
- 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹. Just ask. Easiest if there's a good reason like you are waiting for an update to share with them.
Exp., "Hey I know email can be really noisy. What's your cell number? Will text you only if ____ (insert reason)."
Being on a cell phone basis is one of the best buying signals out there.
But it has to be done respectfully and genuinely.

I'm seeing tons of demand for personal brand workshops.
Companies are seeing the writing on the wall that going direct to audience & personality-driven is the only way.
Which is why they're looking to give their founders, execs, and larger employee bases the tools to create content & build audience online.
Companies love it because it turns their employees into marketers.
Employees love it because it creates leverage & audience that lives on with them throughout their career.
The workshops follow a simple structure:
1) Defining your content goals ($, network, reputation, hiring, etc)
2) Defining your audience (aka market of 1)
3) Defining your channel focus (i.e. rented, owned, monetized)
4) Finding your content sweet spot (expertise <> energy <> market needs)
5) Defining your content pillars
6) Creating an engine for content ideas & execution
If you're a company that wants to run this type of workshop (starts at $25,000), shoot me a DM.

I've worked closely with @thesamqueen for nearly four years and I can tell you one thing: he's the best sales operator.
The reason I'm telling you that is because he started an agency that helps optimize sales and provides hands-on consulting.
You should give him a shout if you think you need help on the sales side
