Walk more. Walk to think. Walk without headphones or podcasts. Walk when you’re angry. Walk when you feel lost. Walk to relax. Walk when you’re tired. Walking everywhere can transform your life.

I've been an occasional viewer of SpaceWeatherNews (formerly, Suspicious0bservers) for at least 8 years. I've been a daily viewer for the last 3 years. Ben's channel has become part of my daily routine because there is nowhere else that you can get a timely -- but, most importantly, accurate -- forecast of the solar and electromagnetic weather that includes specific and accurate prediction of how it will impact the Earth and when. I've been tracking solar weather for years and nobody, and I mean nobody, is better at reading and interpreting the instrument data to not just report a solar flare or CME but to accurately predict how an event will impact Earth, while consistently being able to explain exactly why. This is necessary because simply getting an alert about a flare or CME doesn't tell you how it will impact you, for the same reason why your local weatherman doesn't tell you about the weather in Siberia when you live in the US. It turns out knowing how linked solar and earth weather and climate truly are also means being better at predicting the local impact after solar events. I know this is true because I have years of experiential observation that Ben is about as right as its possible to be, even while almost everyone else is frequently wrong. This irrefutable fact lent sufficient credence to exploring the theoretical and scientific framework he has constructed because clearly if this guy knows what he is doing so well compared to the scientific establishment on actual, doggone honest weather prediction perhaps that's coming from true expertise, rather than just parroting what everyone has been told to think. After putting in the effort to understand Ben's scientific reasoning I have come to a point where I concur and agree with his well developed thinking regarding not only the mechanics of solar weather and how it impacts Earth weather but also his theory that the long term solar weather cycle is observably correlated with and responsible for a long-term Earth disaster cycle. The approach Ben takes is also how the scientific method is supposed to work, even despite the degree to which our institutions have contorted and closed off critical thinking and open field research. As an individual educated in decision science that has spent years understanding cognitive biases, social behavior, and collective intelligence, I am well aware of the flawed reasoning humans are prone to when they organize in groups like industries and scientific fields. It is a shame to see how herd mentality, confirmation bias, perverse economic incentives, rampant politicization due to elite agendas, and the biggest bias in academia -- keeping your head down, and clutching your job tight -- has pervasively poisoned climate science, terrestrial meteorology, and space weather to the point where it has been near impossible for Ben's work to be heard anywhere than on Youtube. And let alone if he had attempted to pursue his field of interest within the academic world, where he most assuredly would have been stomped into dust. It may be evident that most will keep their heads stuck in the sand, but Ben won't give up. It's by not fault of his own that Ben is a stubborn, curious, and courageous man who has not given up despite the odds being stacked against him. He is most assuredly on a mission to attempt to save at least a portion of Western civilization, even if their primary risk is actually to themselves. Ben is not the boy who cried wolf, he's the man who stuck his finger into the dam and started shouting at us to prevent collective ignorance of potentially the biggest existential risk human civilization faces in the next 100 years. Whether enough people choose to listen? Well, damned if they do, damned if they don't. What I do know is I am sure as hell glad that he's out there, and he's doing a bang up job educating people about the truth. The truth is that the sun -- the most important living celestial body, the center and source of the solar system and all life on earth -- is, as a matter of obvious fact and common sense, the most powerful and immutable influence on local space weather, earth weather, our climate, life, humanity, and civilizational survival. Truth is, we'd best start paying attention to our star. Ben's work and his choice to share it with the world every day on his channel is an ongoing act of public service, I am grateful for it, and for him.

@Codie_Sanchez Happened to me. Was locked out for 90 days. When I finally got a check back, in the envelope there was a little sheet of paper with a number on it: exactly the $ amount my cash would have been worth if it was invested into bitcoin while they had it. It was my receipt for my loss.

It’s not just companies being debanked, it’s payment processors deplatforming small businesses AND holding all their cash for 60-90days. That is a small company KILLER. I’ve seen it several times in our portfolio companies. Just me?

@pmarca I was actually thinking we should pull the European midday break into our schedule for people to get outside air, exercise and sunlight as a norm. We need cultural routines that integrate health. I start working early and end late for more sun and it has improved my productivity.

@pmarca If it’s not already available I would really appreciate seeing a report of all that were debanked, their companies and initiatives, and the supposed reason for the debanking. Guessing we won’t see one until end of January at earliest.

@TheChiefNerd Good pick for RFK. Critical of CDC conflicts of interest and big pharma influence. He’s an advocate for vaccine safety, opposes mandates, and calls for transparency. He wants to investigate harm from the COVID-19 vaccines and bring scrutiny, accountability, and reform to the CDC.
