The Framework 13 Pro is truly in another league. I have a pre-production version (the one I bought gets here in July), and this thing is beautiful. I've been using this for an hour, so I'll post a more detailed review in a few days, but for the first time ever I feel this can go toe to toe with a MacBook in terms of quality. As a reference, I've been a Mac user since 2009. Fast. Top-notch trackpad and keyboard. 4:3 touchscreen display. Upgradeable. Infinite battery life. Here is a picture of me writing this tweet. I'll record a video next week.

Twenty-odd years ago, Jason and I did this promo for Apple. It was made by @davemorin and lived on Apple's site. It's incredible how well it still holds up! I really do need a beautiful computer to do my best work. Today, it's no longer made by Apple, but the principles endure.

It's really easy to add your company logo too. This would work well on a future Shopify Omarchy standard issue laptop, @tobi 😄

Omarchy 3.7 will make it trivial to theme the boot unlock screen. And any theme can offer a variant 🤩

Just 1 week in and having fun with Hey from @37signals. Screening out nonsense is my favourite feature thus far.

Thank you for shipping Booking pages. I’ve been a faithful Superhuman user for almost 2 years but refused to pull the trigger on tools like Calendly. Now I don’t have to.

Just shipped one of our most requested features in @GlueAI: the Command Palette. Just like your other favorite apps, press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K) and boom — you can jump to any conversation, start a thread, set a reminder, or archive a thread... all without touching your mouse. It’s fast, keyboard-friendly, and smart enough to surface the right options depending on where you are in the app. A few things I use it for regularly: • New thread — to kick off a quick idea • Close thread — to close out work and keep it tidy • Remind me — to remind myself to follow up It’s a small thing that makes a big difference in how fast you can work. Hope you love it. Give it a try → Cmd+K / Ctrl+K ⚡

@evanowen Every time I use this feature, it feels like branching and merging, but within chat.

Major points for threads ➡️ side convos don’t derail the chat. Last week, another dev and I were up late fixing a database issue in Glue. Instead of blowing up the API channel, we opened a new thread, solved it, closed it, and moved on. Our teammates could pick up where they left off and weren’t overloaded with unreads. And the thread history is saved for later reference.
