Hello India !!!!! AP CM N. Chandrababu Naidu has been using the police department as his political agents to curb dissent, suppress opposition voices, and systematically curtail Freedom of Speech in Andhra Pradesh. Article 19 of the Indian Constitution guarantees Freedom of Speech, one of the most sacred and non-negotiable pillars of democracy. But today, in Andhra Pradesh, that constitutional guarantee is being subjected to a dangerous, systematic, and deeply disturbing assault under the TDP coalition government led by Chief Minister @ncbn. The Andhra Pradesh Police machinery is increasingly being weaponized as a political tool to intimidate critics, silence opposition voices, and create an atmosphere of fear among citizens who question the government. A systematic campaign of political vendetta, authoritarian intimidation, and institutional misuse of power is being unleashed against social media activists, YSRCP supporters, journalists, and ordinary citizens who dare to expose the failures, hypocrisy, corruption, and anti-people governance of the TDP coalition. The modus operandi has now become frighteningly clear and predictable. TDP leaders and their affiliated supporters continuously file politically motivated complaints against social media posts, videos, comments, and opinions that question the TDP government or criticize its leaders. Acting almost immediately on these complaints, the police department rushes to register cases, invoke exaggerated and questionable legal provisions, file false and fabricated FIRs, and begin coercive harassment against dissenting voices. The misuse of power does not stop there. The police department itself is allegedly sending notices to social media platform X and other social media platforms, demanding the removal of content critical of TDP leaders and seeking the blocking or suspension of accounts that expose government failures or question those in power. This coordinated censorship campaign clearly demonstrates how the Naidu government is using the police department as its political enforcement machinery to control public discourse, crush dissent, and suppress democratic expression. Such coercive steps exposes the insecure, intolerant, vindictive, and deeply authoritarian mindset of a government that appears terrified of criticism, accountability, transparency, and public scrutiny. Ironically, while the TDP propaganda ecosystem continuously spreads toxic misinformation, character assassination campaigns, abusive trolling, hate-driven narratives, and malicious attacks against YSRCP leaders and political opponents on a daily basis, complaints filed against them are conveniently ignored. No action, no FIRs, no accountability. This shocking double standard and blatant misuse of state machinery represents a grave attack on democratic values, constitutional freedoms, civil liberties, and the very spirit of democracy itself. Democracy cannot survive in an atmosphere where fear replaces freedom, intimidation replaces accountability, police institutions become political weapons, and criticism is criminalized. We strongly condemn these draconian, repressive, politically motivated, and anti-democratic actions and demand that the Andhra Pradesh government immediately stop abusing police power, targeting opposition voices, manipulating social media regulation, and throttling democratic dissent. హలో ఇండియా !!! రాష్ట్రంలో పోలీస్ వ్యవస్థ పూర్తిగా గాడి తప్పింది. ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎన్.చంద్రబాబునాయుడు మొత్తం పోలీస్ యంత్రాంగాన్ని తన రాజకీయ అవసరాల కోసం వినియోగించుకుంటున్నారు. అసమ్మతిని అణిచి వేయడానికి, ప్రశ్నించే గొంతులు నొక్కడానికి పోలీసులను రాజకీయ ఏజెంట్లుగా వాడుకుంటూ, భావ వ్యక్తీకరణ స్వేచ్ఛను క్రమంగా హరించే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నారు. ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థలోని మూల స్తంభాల్లో ఒకటి వాక్ స్వాతంత్య్రం. దాన్ని మన రాజ్యాంగంలో ఆర్టికల్–19 లో పొందుపర్చారు. అయితే ప్రస్తుతం ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నేతృత్వంలోని టీడీపీ కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం అనుసరిస్తున్న విధానాల వల్ల, ప్రజలకు రాజ్యాంగం కల్పించిన హక్కులకు భంగం వాటిల్లే పరిస్థితి వచ్చింది. ఇంకా చెప్పాలంటే భారత రాజ్యాంగ స్ఫూర్తి ప్రమాదంలో పడుతోంది. ఆ స్థాయిలో విమర్శకులను భయపెట్టడానికి, ప్రతిపక్షాల గొంతు నొక్కడానికి, ప్రభుత్వ తప్పిదాలు ఎత్తి చూపించే వారిని బెదిరించడానికి మొత్తం పోలీసు యంత్రాంగాన్ని ఒక రాజకీయ ఆయుధంగా వాడుతున్నారు. టీడీపీ కూటమి ప్రభుత్వ వైఫల్యాలు, మోసం, అవినీతి, దగా ఇంకా ప్రజా వ్యతిరేక పాలనను ఎత్తి చూపే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్న సోషల్ మీడియా కార్యకర్తలు, వైయస్సార్సీపీ మద్దతుదారులు, పాత్రికేయులతో పాటు, సాధారణ పౌరులపైనా రాజకీయ కక్ష సాధింపు, నిరంకుశ వైఖరి, బెదిరింపులు కొనసాగుతున్నాయి. తీవ్ర అధికార దుర్వినియోగంతో చాలా దారుణంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు. ఆ బరితెగింపు ఇప్పుడు మరింత ఎక్కువై పరిధి దాటుతోంది. తమ ప్రభుత్వ వైఫల్యాలు, తప్పిదాలు ఎత్తి చూపుతూ, అందుకు బాధ్యులైన తమ పార్టీ నాయకులపై సోషల్ మీడియలో పోస్టులు పెట్టినా, అలాంటి వాటిని ఫార్వర్డ్ చేసినా ఏ మాత్రం సహించలేకపోతున్నారు. వెంటనే తమ పార్టీ నాయకులు, మద్దతుదారులతో ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా ఫిర్యాదు చేయిస్తున్నారు. ఆ ఫిర్యాదులు రావడమే ఆలస్యం అన్నట్లుగా పోలీసులు శరవేగంగా స్పందిస్తున్నారు. చట్ట విరుద్ధంగా, కోర్టులు అనేక సందర్భాల్లో తప్పు పట్టినా కూడా ఏ మాత్రం పట్టించుకోకుండా, పూర్తి ఏకపక్షంగా, కక్ష సాధింపుతో పలు సెక్షన్లతో కేసులు నమోదు చేస్తున్నారు. అలా తప్పుడు కేసులు పెడుతూ, తప్పుడు ఎఫ్ఐఆర్లు నమోదు చేస్తున్నారు. టీడీపీ కూటమి ప్రభుత్వ అధికార దుర్వినియోగం అంతటితో ఆగిపోవడం లేదు. తమ పార్టీ నాయకులను ప్రశ్నిస్తూ, వారి తప్పులు ఎత్తిచూపుతూ సోషల్ మీడియాలో పోస్టు చేసిన అంశాలను (కంటెంట్) తొలగించాలని, వారి ఖాతాలను బ్లాక్ చేయడం లేదా సస్పెండ్ చేయాలని ఆదేశిస్తున్నారు. ఆ మేరకు పోలీసు శాఖ స్వయంగా సామాజిక మాధ్యమ వేదిక (సోషల్ మీడియా ప్లాట్ఫామ్స్)లకు నోటీసులు పంపిస్తోంది. ఆ విధంగా ఒక వ్యవస్థీకృతంగా సోషల్ మీడియాపై సెన్సార్షిప్ విధిస్తూ, ప్రభుత్వ వైఫల్యాలు, అవినీతిపై ప్రజల్లో చర్చ జరగకుండా చూడడం, ఎక్కడా అసమ్మతి గళం వినిపించకుండా ప్రయత్నించడం, ఆ విధంగా భావ వ్యక్తీకరణ స్వేచ్ఛను హరించే దిశలో టీడీపీ కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం పోలీస్ యంత్రాంగాన్ని ఏ స్థాయిలో వాడుకుంటుందో అని చెప్పడానికి ఇవన్నీ స్పష్టంగా కనిపిస్తున్నాయి. బాధ్యత, జవాబుదారీతనం లేకపోవడం, విమర్శలు సహించకపోవడం, పారదర్శకత లోపించడం వల్ల ఏర్పడిన అభద్రతా భావం వల్ల పెల్లుబికుతున్న అసహనం. దాని వల్ల కక్షపూరిత, నిరంకుశ విధానాలు. ఆ దిశలో ప్రభుత్వ చర్యలు తేటతెల్లం అవుతున్నాయి. అదే అధికార టీడీపీ తమ సామాజిక మాధ్యమ వేదికల ద్వారా ప్రతిరోజూ వైయస్సార్సీపీ నేతలు, నాయకులు, అభిమానులు, కార్యకర్తలపై విషం చిమ్ముతూ, విష ప్రచారం చేస్తూ దూషణలతో కూడిన దారుణ పోస్టులు పెడుతోంది. ఆ విధంగా నిత్యం వ్యక్తిత్వ హననం చేసే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తోంది. వాటిపై విపక్ష వైయస్సార్సీపీ ఎన్ని ఫిర్యాదులు చేసినా, పోలీసులు ఏ మాత్రం పట్టించుకోవడం లేదు. సాక్ష్యాధారాలు చూపినా కనీసం కేసు నమోదు చేయడం లేదు. ఎఫ్ఐఆర్ల ఊసే లేదు. ఆ విధంగా రాష్ట్రంలో పోలీస్ వ్యవస్థ బాధ్యత మర్చిపోయి ద్వంద్వ ప్రమాణాలతో హేయంగా వ్యవహరిస్తోంది. ఇది కచ్చితంగా ప్రజాస్వామ్య విలువలు, రాజ్యాంగం కల్పించిన హక్కులకు భంగం కలిగించడమే కాకుండా, ప్రజాస్వామ్య స్ఫూర్తిపైనే దాడిగా భావించాల్సి వస్తోంది. స్వేచ్ఛ స్థానంలో భయం, జవాబుదారీతనం స్థానంలో బెదిరింపులు, పోలీసు యంత్రాంగం, వ్యవస్థ రాజకీయ ఆయుధంగా మారడం, ఒక విమర్శను నేరంగా పరిగణించే పరిస్థితి ఉన్న రాష్ట్రంలో అసలు ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థ ఉనికిపైనే సందేహాలు వ్యక్తమవుతున్నాయి. ఇలాంటి వాతావరణంలో ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థ మనుగడ కష్టం. అందుకే హేయమైన చర్యలు, అణిచివేత ధోరణి, రాజకీయ కక్ష సాధింపులు.. వెరసి ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యతిరేక చర్యలను మేము తీవ్రంగా ఖండిస్తున్నాము. అధికార దుర్వినియోగానికి పాల్పడడం, పోలీస్లను రాజకీయ ఆయుధంగా వాడుకుంటూ, ఆ వ్యవస్థ పూర్తిగా గాడి తప్పేలా వ్యవహరించడం, ప్రతిపక్ష గొంతు నొక్కడమే లక్ష్యంగా పని చేయడం, సోషల్ మీడియాపై నియంత్రణ.. మొత్తంగా అసమ్మతిని అణచి వేయడం వంటి చర్యలను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం తక్షణమే ఆపాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నాం. #UpholdDemocracyInAP
