@BarbellFi Don’t do it. If you are able to downsize, buy one duplex for $200k cash and rent the other half. Keep the $600k to sell options on instead, way more reliable than rental income without the headaches

So tempted to sell my house for $800k Mortgage is paid off so it’s 100% equity Thinking to buy 4 duplexes $200k each I’d pay all cash for every single one Live in 1 duplex while collecting rent I’d never have to work again 😳

@thewealthtrap That's my thinking! Especially in this environment sell a call one day, market dumps the next, buy it back for 30-40% profit and the next day it spikes and I sell the same call for the same premium. Literally did that with HOOD this week

Getting suit made in one day. Choose materials today and they come tomorrow at lunch with my suit basically finished. Then 2 hours later they make alterations and it’s done. $200

If the market continues to sell off these are the names I’m interested in adding to my portfolio: Semi: $nvda $tsm $mrvl $cohr $acmr $trt Infrastructure: $fix $strl $ppih Aero: $embj Software: $app $rddt $rbrk $now $net High risk/high reward: $asts $rklb What should I also be looking at? Also, what’s cheap can always get cheaper, therefore im proceeding with caution here.

I built 31 automations for clients last year. Every single business - from solo founders to 50-person teams - needed some version of the same workflows. So I documented all of them. Every workflow. Every department. And the exact plain-English prompt that builds each one in minutes. Sales & CRM: lead capture, follow-up sequences, deal tracking, proposal generation, pipeline alerts Marketing: social scheduling, email sequences, content repurposing, UTM tracking, review requests Operations: invoice generation, payment reminders, inventory alerts, automated reporting Customer Success: onboarding emails, NPS surveys, churn detection, support routing Admin: meeting scheduling, expense tracking, document generation, approval workflows Each one includes the specific prompt I use to build it - not vague instructions, the actual sentence I type. Plus which 3 to start with if you want to save 10+ hours/week immediately. Comment "PLAYBOOK" and I'll DM you the full PDF for free.

I’d be a net seller of Canadian banks right now. Yes, I said it. This is coming from a guy who put his life savings in $TD $TD.TO in the mid 70s in 2024. It’s now time to start reducing financials exposure. The Canadian economy is not lender friendly at the moment.

For those curious about the $700k I pulled and what ETFs I am putting it into, a large portion (at least 33%) is going into $SHLD I still want growth and elite sector exposure. Defense is obvious. Also looking at $VGT, $SPRX or a good AI energy ETF Would love suggestions

My biggest fear has been being the guy who made a million bucks and lost it. Today I made sure that will never happen. I turned $450k into $2.2M in the last 10 months. This morning I cleared $700k, which I am sweeping into an account that will go into stable low risk ETFs. I will keep the $1.5M to keep investing and being aggressive. Every time I hit $2M I will sweep $500k into the other account and let that stay safe and compound. The reality is, all of this is in my Roth account. I am 39 years old and in 20 years when I can access this, even at 12% growth this is well over $20M. It doesn’t make sense for me to play fast and loose with all of this. I already won. I don’t know exactly where I am parking the 700, it’s ok to just sit on cash for a bit while I figure that out. I will share a full port update tomorrow. But obviously we are on a run over here. I’ve written about my 1m spac trading year, but back then I didn’t know how to handle money, now I do. I am going to make sure this is actually life changing, and not just a moment. Appreciate you guys being on the journey with me. Let’s keep winning. 🔹

@SJCapitalInvest I think one important point to highlight too is that they are made in the USA unlike $HSAI Which supports any onshoring initiatives and gives $OUST a near monopoly on US defense applications with its blue UAS certification ✅

🔷 The Next Official S&J Buy call is $OUST 🔷 Bottomline: This stock is mis-priced by ~3x S&J Asymmetric Framework Pillars: 🔷 Cheap comped to peers ✅ 🔷 Rapid revenue Ramp ✅ 🔷 Sector Strength ✅ 🔷 Profit Inflection ✅ It's not QUITE as "explosive" as the $AMPX was because $AMPX was growing 200% YOY, but the floor here is high and the business is incredibly clean. 🔷What does $OUST do and why is this a monopoly in the making 🔷 For "Physical AI" to scale (think automated warehouse robots, defense drones, and smart city grids) machines need to see in true 3D. Legacy lidar was built using hundreds of fragile, hand-wired lasers that broke easily under industrial vibration and cost a fortune to assemble. Ouster put the entire lidar system onto custom digital silicon chips. They turned a fragile optics into a cheap, rugged, mass-manufacturable semiconductor. They solved the physical vision bottleneck for the robotics industry, and because it's built on silicon, their manufacturing costs come down exactly like computer processors do. 🔷 The Mis-Pricing Math 🔷 So EV/Sales gives you an idea of how expensive the company is valued based on its growth against its total value. Enterprise Value (EV) is like Market Cap but it takes into account debt or cash to get a more complete picture of the company health. A company with debt becomes more expensive and one with cash becomes cheaper. 🔷Takeaway: $OUST is deeply mis-priced🔷 The Aeva ( $AEVA) Disconnect: The market is paying a ridiculous 40x+ premium for a company doing 1/9th the revenue of Ouster while burning over $100M. The Innoviz ( $INVZ) Trap: It looks cheap at 2.4x, but their margins are terrible (20%), and they are structurally unprofitable. The Ouster ( $OUST) Reality: They have 3x the revenue of Innoviz and nearly 10x the revenue of Aeva. They are the only one with 60% software-like margins and positive EBITDA, yet they are trading at a highly compressed 5.6x multiple. 🔷Valuation Headlines: High Floor🔷 $OUST is printing positive EBITDA but trading more than 8X cheaper than $AEVA per the last 12 months revenue. $OUST is growing at 52% YOY, completely dwarfing $INVZ, a direct comp, and doing it with a $211M cash pile and zero long-term debt $OUST has over 3x the revenue of either company so its growing off a larger base ...This does not make sense 🔷Re-Rate Math: ~ 3x🔷 If you just put $OUST at a standard 15x Physical AI multiple it re-rates to +$75 a share, it closed yesterday at $24.75. I do not necessarily think this is 3X this year, but a double is certainly on the table. Outside of global disruption (which is a real risk btw...) I don't see how we end the year backwards, and that is really what I am looking for to deploy capital aggressively in a concentrated position There is no way a stock in this sector growing at 52% YOY solving a physical AI vision bottleneck stays at a discount. I will be here for the re-rate 🔷
