@orangetheory Paid for a month & missed bc of surgery. No big deal. I try to cancel. They tell me to freeze that I can cancel at end no problem. Freeze is over & another surgery & having to pay for month that I can't use. $220 wasted. Wanted to sign back up later but ugh 😐

@MoheganSun pay almost$500 for a room for our parents. Reassured taken care of. Mention it's our father's 70th bday. Tell us they will do something nice. What is the nice thing they do? Tell them it wasn't paid for & how much room is & they need to pay. Furious. 😡🤬

@Sephora you shipped me a new package bc you sent incorrect one before. Was supposed to be delivered by @LaserShip on Tues. Not delivered says "exception" and no tracking updates. There are numerous tweets about this same company with problems for Sephora. What gives?
