@RepublicService Newark, CA We have four bins left behind by the previous owner of our property that need to be picked up. Despite repeated requests to @RepublicService over the past month, there has been no action taken. On every call, I am given a new pickup date and assured that the issue has been escalated. However, these so-called escalations have not resulted in any resolution. When I requested an option to drop off the bins myself, I was informed that no such facility exists. This leaves me with no way to resolve the issue, while your team continues to delay without accountability. This reflects poor customer service and a disregard for customers’ time and concerns. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through. I am now forced to raise this issue publicly after exercising considerable patience over several weeks.

@WyzeCam If anything goes wrong you can’t get support from USA. Been using Wyze since 2019 but first time I needed support it was awful. Will be returning $1000 of products next week. Research before you buy!

@WyzeCam Keep in mind when buying Wyze products. I was told you can’t speak with anyone in the USA for customer service and the customer service I just received was very lacking.

@WyzeCam needs better customer service. I have been a user of Wyze since 2019. I just bought a $1000 of additional Wyze products for a new house and it is all going to be returned next week due to your lack of customer service. I was just on the phone for over 2 hrs for nothing.
