every for loop in C is syntactic sugar. the compiler sees a while loop. they produce identical machine code C has three loop constructs: for, while, do-while. at the assembly level there is one: a conditional jump the compiler doesn't care which one you wrote. it cares what the condition is and where to jump. every loop you've ever written becomes CMP, JNE, and a label

Game: Valorant AC: Vanguard (VGK) Today’s Vanguard anti-cheat update blocked the majority of DMA firmwares using SATA/NVMe. VGK suddenly triggered an IOMMU restart warning in-game, after which the DMA firmware becomes completely unusable, even without the game running or after uninstalling Vanguard. Only fix is a full OS reinstall. It’s using IOMMU to create read blocks, which permanently breaks the majority of almost all SATA/NVMe firmwares once triggered. Even the advanced H2-board got affected. Confirmed Firmware Block wave by @ItsGamerDoc

Plex has announced a price increase for new Lifetime Plex Pass subscriptions. Starting July 1, 2026, the one-time cost will rise from $249.99 to $749.99. Existing lifetime subscribers will be grandfathered in with no changes to their accounts or benefits. Monthly and annual Plex Pass subscriptions remain unchanged. The company states the adjustment supports the platform's ongoing value and long-term development. Current users can still buy at the old price until the effective date.
