My North Star is accelerating the pace of experimentation and iteration for all builders. This has two implications. 1. I want Monad to make it incredibly easy to ship with the EVM. Some of the pieces are there from Day 1: fast block times and finality, increased contract limits, integrations with the most demanded tools, future proofing with a database that scales to terabytes and a reserve balance system that allows async execution with EIP-7702 There’s a lot more to do in this vein and I’m eager for any suggestions on how to improve EVM DevEx. 2. “What matters is not your position, but your velocity” With mainnet live, many apps are housing their first dollar of TVL and earning their first dollar of revenue. It would be tempting to go crazy on incentives to maximize a headline TVL number. I just don’t think that makes sense or is helpful in the long run What is important is for each team to get market feedback, run many A/B tests, and iterate fast You can spot the best teams because the UX is constantly changing. They’re constantly dreaming up new ways for users to interact with what they built. You should judge them by their velocity, not their position. It is still incredibly early in the story of everyday adoption of crypto rails and DeFi. Some of the greatest protocols haven’t been built yet. And although Monad has been built over the past 3.5 years, mainnet is the first proof to the world that decentralized blockchains can be a lot better, that the EVM can scale without centralizing. From here onward, it’s all about hustle and shipping velocity. Let’s roll.

I’m absolutely in love with playing football. These days I work full-time in crypto - building in Web3, designing for decentralized projects, and diving into the wild world of memecoin degen hunting. Pretty much everything I do revolves around screens: smartphone, laptop, PC. Non-stop. But football has always been my real dream since I was a kid. I used to imagine becoming a professional player. That path didn’t happen, mostly because I didn’t commit to it seriously when I was younger. Life took me somewhere else. So now, I’ve turned football into the hobby that keeps me balanced. With a job that has me sitting in front of a computer all day, the pitch is where I reset. Playing three times a week clears my head, keeps my body alive, and somehow makes my mind sharper too. Every match leaves me feeling fresh again-ready to think better, create faster, and come back to Web3 with new ideas. Football isn’t just exercise for me anymore. It’s the fuel that keeps my work and my spirit in sync. Look at that goal I scored-pure beauty :v.
And it’s more than just what I do on the pitch. Off the field, I’m building a club with real connections and real utility, tightly linked to the NFT collection I’m build on @monad. So every goal feels like part of a bigger story: football as my fire, Web3 as my craft, and this club as the bridge between both worlds.

extraction is easy in the nft industry, and we’re already seeing that happening in monad choose wisely which founders you’re willing to support. you don’t have to mint everything, you don’t have to support every project some of the guys claiming to be “community aligned” already stabled millions of mon from you being selective ≠ gatekeeping being selective = being intentional
