@Rach4Patriarchy @MrEnlightened9 It'll take women who are committed to the institution of motherhood and marriage. It'll take men who are committed to that commitment. It'll take the overwhelming majority of one's peers and society being committed to maintaining both of those commitments.

Well, there is a solution. But nobody said it was going to be pretty or comfortable. The current situation is quite literally unsustainable. The correction is going to be painful. It’s just a matter of how bad and how painful it’s going to be. But we’ll be better off on the other side of it.

@kenzietuff Good point. Should just refer to it as mother. Maybe full time mother?

I am trying to get away from using stay at home mother as a term because it’s quite a subversive term when you think about it. Homemaking being your primary task means you can do whatever you want, it has nothing to do with “staying” anywhere. Total linguistic warfare.

@Cernovich Trump needs to tell his big donors to put the country first. No H1Bs, no illegals. They need to look long game rather than the quick buck.

@Cernovich Virginia Republicans will soon have the opportunity to personally punish traitors. Win win for them. Pam Bondi did zero to punish or prevent illegal voting in any state.

@pmarca Previous advancements were not dependent on public financing or getting special priority. There has been enough scam science in the last decade chasing public financing and special priority that suspicions are perfectly valid.

Almost everything you think you know about the history of technology and capitalism was warped by communist/luddite propaganda of the era. That's happening this time too.

@JesseKellyShow @nayibbukele If we were to get a Bukele at AG, midterms are still in play. Trump needs to an AG who gives him credibility by giving Americans justice.

@pmarca I think about electricity, and how my grandmother as a little girl didn't have indoor plumbing and grew up in Wisconsin. And she's in her late 80s.

@BridgetPhetasy Good writing. I always appreciated what came before, so I've always found it strange that people would dismiss their predecessors.

@MattWalshBlog @Ging92697 Your strategic thinking is wrong because it throws away an actuality in exchange for wishful thinking. Thomas is the most qualified justice on the court. Strategic thinking is keeping that, and getting rid of one of the unqualified justices: Roberts, Kavanaugh, Barrett.

I'm talking about strategy. You have not explained why my strategic thinking is wrong. We need Clarence Thomas now and we'll need him 20 years from now, but that's not going to happen. Men are mortal. He's going to die. Statistically, the chances are pretty high that he dies sometime before 2032. If that happens, and Democrats are in charge, it will be a disaster for the country. The smart strategic move is to account for that possibility now and make a change while we still can.

Clarence Thomas is a brilliant man and one of the greatest justices of all time. He also needs to retire immediately. He's 77 years old. If Democrats win the midterms and then the presidency, which they very likely could, there's a significant chance they will get to replace him with another Kentanji Brown Jackson. That would be a disaster for the country. We need to get young conservatives on the court right now. Alito, too. He's 76.
