@nationalrailenq Why did you let trains run to Swansea today when the line wasn’t clear beyond Cardiff? No buses or enough staff at Cardiff to help. What do you expect your passengers to do?

@tfwrail Lobby the government to nationalise the railways in the hope of improving them. Customers should not have to pay so much for such a poor service.

@tfwrail Really poor customer service at Cardiff station today when the London to Swansea train ended up being terminated at Cardiff. No bus service. One person at the info desk🤦🏼‍♀️

@tfwrail Would have been helpful to have a bus service and extra staff at Cardiff today to help those of us travelling to Swansea. Why were passengers on trains leaving Paddington told they would be going to Swansea when the line wasn’t clear?

@GWRHelp Would have been helpful for passengers to Swansea to have let us know at Paddington that the line beyond Cardiff wasn’t clear after the storm. And laid on a bus service. And more staff at Cardiff.
