DM me if you are interesting in play testing and providing feedback! ======================================= InfluenceRPG is a web‑based role playing game engine built to give players a living, persistent tabletop‑style experience entirely in the browser. Every game is hosted online and guided by an AI Game Master that understands the rules of the active universe and the history of its inhabitants. Players can jump into drop‑in one‑shots, run ongoing campaigns, or split and rejoin parties without losing the connective tissue of the world. The platform is designed for curiosity: the more a universe is explored, the more it remembers. Summaries, news bulletins, and entity records are continuously generated so that story threads survive beyond any single session. The same universe can host many simultaneous games, with the server keeping facts synchronized and nudging GMs to acknowledge events other groups have discovered. InfluenceRPG is intentionally agnostic about any particular rulebook. Instead of hardcoding mechanics, the server can ingest arbitrary rulesets and use them as the basis for new universes. Rules are stored in the database, linked to game instances, and surfaced to the AI models so the GM can respect genre tone and mechanical constraints without bespoke code. Community storytellers can therefore plug in anything from lightweight narrative rules to crunchy tactical systems. Behind the scenes, the engine leans on several cooperating AI roles. Each game instance has its own GM model that runs chats over WebSockets for real‑time play. A Universe Overseer model watches summaries across games to propagate rumors, highlight conflicts, and propose merges when parties collide. Background workers ingest rulebooks, summarize long chats, and prepare character wizards so new players can get started quickly. The goal is not just to automate a single session, but to provide a scaffolding where many small adventures gradually stitch together into a coherent shared world.
