Dear @TataMotors_Cars No matter what great cars you build, this is how your dealers and service centers screw up the customer experience. When do they learn! Deliver an 8 months old damaged vehicle to an unsuspecting customer and pretend as if nothing happened! Shame!

@RockWithboAt the difference being that boAt headset drowns when it breaks into two, and I have to glue it using fevistick and tape it firm, as warranty will not be honored for product quality issues.

@RockWithboAt Talking to customer care was real nirvana. Quality s not their headache. They will repair and replace if sound quality is not good, technical issues etc. If the unit hardware itself is of sub par quality, it is my head ache. Money wasted!

@RockWithboAt Disappointing experience with a Rockerz 551 headset. In less than 6 mnths, headset broke into two. This is a serious quality issue. Warranty claim (47398352), got rejected because the product is damaged! They look only at technical issues, not quality issues! Sad! Money wasted.

@RockWithboAt @Sujeet0102 Looks like I am not the only one. After receiving a sub par quality headset hardware, which broke into two pieces in a few months, warranty claim got rejected saying "Product damaged". Yes boss, product is damaged, that I why I raised warranty claim! (47398352). Waste of money!!

Manhole by BWSSB on middle of HN Halli Lake Road causing serious Safety issues to hundreds of Walkers, bikers, vehicles. No one bothered to fix after many requests over many months. Finally fixed by Residents. Now do residents have build road too? @osd_cmkarnataka @BBMPCares
