
After their billing errors left me with ~£1400 “debt”, @OctopusEnergy now wants me to share my full income details to set up a payment plan.
They’ve acknowledged the mistake. They’ve apologised.
But I’m still expected to pay for it.
Customers should be aware.

@OctopusEnergy Paid everything on time for years… Then out of nowhere -£1400 balance. Reason? Billing ERROS by Octopus Energy. They admit their fault. Offer a token gesture. Move on…. Customers deserve better than this. @ofgem where is the accountability?
