@TicketmasterCA I’d like to know why tickets are not held Properly on Ticketmaster for resale Tickets. Many fantom tix available and when you manage to add to cart, buyers are left with an error message after submitting their security code. Why is this happening?

@TicketmasterCA I am unable to access my account as I used my work email and phone to create the account and no longer work for that employer. I bought tickets for Ed Shreen concert in Toronto and have order number and details for credit card used but fan support is not helping.

@TicketmasterCA why does your software reject every single Visa and Mastercard I put in? And when I call for support, the only options are for people who have managed to buy tickets? You're a monopoly, you should be able to set up a functioning payment system.

@TicketmasterCA is there no other way to deal with an escalation than phone calls that come at the worst time? I was communicating with someone through email and they just completely stopped responding. Your escalation team has tried calling me, but with the worst timing
