People blame xabi for this. But you simply cannot defend against barca with 8 outfield players when momentum is in their favor. So a right substitution. Instead of understanding this and respecting coach's decisions he made a full on drama and threatened to not sign his contract

It is simple to understand:
Hezbollah has lost all deterrence (especially with the technological gap and after 20 years of Israel preparing itself) and is incapable of protecting the country - incapable.
It has to disarm and Lebanon, as it suggested itself, will have to enter talks with Israel to recuperate the South or it will be lost until both conditions are met: no armed Hezbollah, and peace talks on the table.

The IDF will establish a security zone inside Lebanon and maintain full control up to the Litani River, including all remaining bridges.
