@CaptainPikeachu I don't know of a single moment where Lyonel showed any interest in glory or reputation. That was kinda his whole thing

lyonel's assertion that baelor "risked nothing" is interesting because arguably baelor was risking the most important thing - the stability of the realm that him being alive holds together - and in that sense, even the tiniest 1/1000 risk going wrong can spell catastrophe for all

THOUGHTS ON THE FINAL EPISODE OF DUNKY EGG I'll keep it brief. Beautiful calm-after-the-storm episode to catch our breath and say goodbye to characters we've grown to love over six weeks. The shot of Arlan, Dunk, and Egg riding off was the most poignant moment so far. I'm torn about the Maekar change. It is funny, and does present a fun new direction for the story, but I feel like it also takes away from Maekar's growth. Oh, and the horns at the start & the credits music were abysmal. Baffling creative decision. I genuinely prefer the rock cover of Bear and Maiden Fair from season 3 lmao
