🚨 The Liverpool car ramming happened around 6pm BST on 26 May 2025. Merseyside Police arrested the suspect at the scene and, by 19:53 BST (about 1 hour 53 minutes later), issued a press release with partial suspect details (age, ethnicity, nationality, local ties) while stating it was not terrorism-related.
In contrast, the Derby incident occurred at 9:30pm. Over 11 hours later, the same level of suspect details has not been provided.

PLEADED GUILTY. - Spared jail Hope not Hate former Political Organiser Liron Velleman previously pleaded guilty to two charges, one of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child and another of attempting to cause a child aged 13 to 15 to look at an image of sexual activity. Velleman sent online messages asking to see the girl in her school uniform, how old she was and if she was at home alone. He sent a video of his penis and asked to see her in her underwear.
