@ed_bart @silverwrinse @TNLUK Had this a few weeks ago. The online Bot/Human? had to remove the old card details from the app. Then worked fine for me to add a new card.

@silverwrinse @TNLUK Thanks, yes I do use the main browser login not the app as the app doesn't show draw dates. Anyway, the main login doesn't let me change card either. It's pretty ridiculous.

@courtzdesilva10 @AldiUK I've also had this on a few occasions. I now push the film lid down to see if it's air tight. Didn't bother returning to store because they are so cheap.

@Hillingdon Cut ours in half also. Missed collection on our normal day. Spoke to missed collections Tuesday afternoon and told it would be collected Wednesday. Come home to find half a tree. You couldn't make it up. @Hillingdon
