So @SearsHomeTeamCs cancelled the scheduled repair on my refrigerator that is under warranty through @AsurionCares and @HomeDepot for the 10th time over the last 2 months. Being without a working refrigerator when you paid for a warranty sucks.

@AsurionCares , @Asurion, @HomeDepot, @SearsHomeServ Going on 8 weeks of trying to get a refrigerator repaired that was purchased from @HomeDepot and extended warranty purchased through @Asurion @AsurionCares with the service to be done by @SearsHomeExpert. Do your job.

@Espngreeny You can blame Bart Giamatti for that. His and Faye Vincent’s agenda. John Dowd had way too large of a voice in this whole fiasco.

@AsurionCares @Asurion @HomeDepot I think it may be time to get The Better Business Bureau /Consumer Reports involved and contact one of my local news stations and speak to their consumer affairs reporters and see if they would have any interest investigating this story as I am sure their are others

In good faith, I purchased the 5 year extended warranty through @AsurionCares @Asurion when I purchased our refrigerator @HomeDepot back during the pandemic. Your policy states you will fix it or replace it….i think it’s time you stand by your policy and replace it.

@AsurionCares set up through Asurion multiple times. I’ve had Asurion try to close the claim before any repairs were done. I am tired of waiting for my families refrigerator to be repaired. I paid for the warranty in good faith and now Asurion does not want to make it right.

@AsurionCares Have a claim on an LG side by side refrigerator that has been getting the run around for 2 months. Asurion had a Fresno based, private appliance repair person come out only to see it was a sealed unit back in late March. I have had Sears Home Services cancel scheduled visits
