A leading Iranian academic declares that no ships will be allowed to exit the Persian Gulf without permission from Iranian armed forces. No War, No Peace: Brest-Litovsk, February 1918. Tehran, May 2026. The same gambit, in two languages. Some chokepoints turn every warning into the decisive test of leverage. READ HERE: timerhymes.com/story/no-war-n… — Times Rhymes

Stagflation is intensifying across US manufacturing: The ISM Manufacturing PMI remained steady in April at 52.7 points, the highest since August 2022. However, prices paid surged +6.3 points, to 84.6, the highest since May 2022. Prices paid have risen +25.6 points over the last 3 months, the biggest 3-month increase on record. The surge continues to be driven by surging steel and aluminum prices affecting the entire supply chain, tariffs on imported goods, and higher energy and materials costs driven by the Iran War. Meanwhile, the employment index fell -2.3 points, to 46.4, the lowest since January, marking the 15th consecutive monthly contraction. Stagflation pressures are building again.

US manufacturing data is flashing stagflation signals: ISM PMI holding at 52.7 while the prices-paid index just jumped to 84.6, its highest since May 2022, with the biggest three-month surge on record. Steel, aluminum, tariffs, and higher energy and materials costs tied to the Iran conflict are all feeding into it. Employment contracted for the fifteenth straight month. Caracas, 1959. Abu Dhabi, 2026. The same telegram, in reverse. Some resources keep reminding us why they were once called the devil’s excrement. WATCH HERE: youtu.be/NS3weNYndb4 — Times Rhymes

⭕️ 2,000 Ships and 20,000 Sailors Are Trapped in the Persian Gulf. President Trump announced “Project Freedom” Sunday, pledging to escort neutral vessels out of the Strait of Hormuz starting tomorrow morning. Roughly 2,000 vessels and an estimated 20,000 seafarers remain trapped in the Persian Gulf, according to the International Maritime Organization, with the strait practically closed as the U.S. and Iran enforce dueling blockades. Most cannot simply leave. Major ports like Dubai’s Jebel Ali and Khor Fakkan are severely congested, with no pier space for 2,000 ships simultaneously, forcing most to anchor in open water. And ships cannot be left unmanned. “You can’t just leave the ships like you park your car in a garage,” Jacqueline Smith, maritime coordinator for the International Transport Workers Federation, told NPR. Some crews are surviving on food and water ferried in by smaller boats from nearby ports. One captain told NPR: “We are at anchor. We are out at sea and there is no way that we can step out of the ship.” To pass the time, crews play table tennis and chess. Smith described the situation as “desperate… they’re in a limbo — purgatory, I would say.”

⭕️ Just In: U.S. President Trump said Washington will launch a maritime effort starting Monday morning to escort foreign vessels out of the Strait of Hormuz, citing requests from countries with ships stranded amid regional tensions. Trump described the plan, “Project Freedom,” as a humanitarian mission, and said any interference from Iran would be met “forcefully.” He also said: “I am fully aware that my Representatives are having very positive discussions with the Country of Iran, and that these discussions could lead to something very positive for all.”

U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC): "Totally agree with President Trump’s decision to launch Project Freedom, whose purpose is to restore freedom of navigation for the Strait of Hormuz, a vital passageway for the world economy that has been locked down by Iranian terrorism. It is clear to me that Iran is playing games through negotiations as their last offer to end the conflict was absurd. Again, I hope this conflict can end diplomatically, but it is now time to regain freedom of navigation and forcefully respond to Iran if they insist on terrorizing the world. Enough with this terrorist regime’s behavior."

BREAKING: 🔴 U.S. President Donald Trump: "Countries from all over the World, almost all of which are not involved in the Middle Eastern dispute going on so visibly, and violently, for all to see, have asked the United States if we could help free up their Ships, which are locked up in the Strait of Hormuz, on something which they have absolutely nothing to do with — They are merely neutral and innocent bystanders! For the good of Iran, the Middle East, and the United States, we have told these Countries that we will guide their Ships safely out of these restricted Waterways, so that they can freely and ably get on with their business. Again, these are Ships from areas of the World that are not in any way involved with that which is currently taking place in the Middle East. I have told my Representatives to inform them that we will use best efforts to get their Ships and Crews safely out of the Strait. In all cases, they said they will not be returning until the area becomes safe for navigation, and everything else. This process, Project Freedom, will begin Monday morning, Middle East time. I am fully aware that my Representatives are having very positive discussions with the Country of Iran, and that these discussions could lead to something very positive for all. The Ship movement is merely meant to free up people, companies, and Countries that have done absolutely nothing wrong — They are victims of circumstance. This is a Humanitarian gesture on behalf of the United States, Middle Eastern Countries but, in particular, the Country of Iran. Many of these Ships are running low on food, and everything else necessary for largescale crews to stay on board in a healthy and sanitary manner. I think it would go a long way in showing Goodwill on behalf of all of those who have been fighting so strenuously over the last number of months. If, in any way, this Humanitarian process is interfered with, that interference will, unfortunately, have to be dealt with forcefully. Thank you for your attention to this matter!"

Physicists have measured negative time in the lab: photons appear to leave a cloud of atoms before they arrive. This week, in two buildings of Sapienza University in Rome connected by 270 metres of open air, physicists teleported the quantum state of a single photon between two unmatched quantum dots. Einstein, who is the reason this is possible at all, would have hated every word of that sentence. Some of our firmest assumptions about light and reality continue to produce results that would have unsettled the very minds that first shaped them. WATCH HERE: youtu.be/pmLkgM0p4vw — Times Rhymes

WITNESSED Between 1975 and 1981, a wooden statue of the Virgin Mary in a Japanese convent wept blood, sweat, and tears 101 times. A non-Christian forensic specialist in Tokyo confirmed the fluids were human. Three different blood types. From a single source. He could not explain it.

Another Russian ‘Kalibr’ carrier down. Major General Yevhenii Khmara reported on the successful strike against targets in the port of Primorsk. It was a joint operation by our Security Service of Ukraine, the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Special Operations Forces, the Defense Intelligence, and the border guards. Thank you all, warriors, for your coordinated work! The Karakurt-class missile ship was hit, along with a patrol boat and another tanker from the shadow oil fleet. Significant damage was also inflicted on the infrastructure of the oil terminal port. Each such result further limits Russia’s war potential. I have also approved additional, entirely justified responses by the Security Service of Ukraine to Russian strikes on our cities and villages. Russia can end its war at any moment. Prolonging the war will only expand the scale of our defensive operations. Thank you to everyone fighting for Ukraine!

John Adams’ warning is resurfacing: there are two ways to enslave a country, by the sword, or by debt. In November 1956 Eisenhower used the full weight of American financial leverage against the British pound to force London and Paris out of the Suez Crisis without firing a shot. Some levers prove stronger than armies. FULL STORY HERE: youtu.be/XTaR-KmnrjY — Times Rhymes
