@EricaZelic @saenz It’s such a mess. Every time I pull out one of those really useful but only occasionally used scripts, something’s broke, module depreciated, auth method not supported, you name it. It has the potential to be so (excuse the pun) powerful!

PowerShell is the bane of my existence. It causes me so much frustration. It doesn't help that Microsoft is always deprecating stuff and making me change. What are people using now that Exchange Online PowerShell is deprecated? I can't recall how I fixed this the last time.

Oh, and we will obviously get made up metrics with things like "2x the Performance" with no qualifier of what "Performance" is, or how that translates to the real world of using the device. Just give clock speeds and IPC values, at least: it's all marketing trash...

Device marketing is getting silly. These days if I hear "thinner bezels" I think less corner/edge protection and higher chance of screen cracking; "Thinner and lighter" means less structurally sound, and for phones, will mean being wrapped in a big, ugly case to survive...

@NathanMcNulty @SCCM_Ryan @miketerrill These devices were released far too early. The OS is still a bit buggy, there are loads of user experience challenges too, camera locking up for Hello for Business is one example. As a tech, I still love it, but users will soon get frustrated with it!

@SCCM_Ryan @miketerrill This is an issue outside of Intune btw. It seems like the release for these Copilot+ devices literally didn't have the feature enabled out of the box, regardless of deployment tools If on ConfigMgr (if you can even get the ISO...), we'll have to add this as a step in OSD :-/

@MyNameIsMurray @acjuelich And if you have or find an MS partner I know there is MS funding available to get on Arc! But I think details are scarce at the moment as it’s MS new FY.

@MyNameIsMurray @acjuelich I found out earlier this month with a client that Arc is a pre-requisite for Defender for Servers Plan 2 if that helps? My current approach with clients is crudely, manage from the cloud with Arc, consolidate to DfS Plan 2.

Okay, who wants to break Windows Server management down for me "Barney style"? We have a bunch of Windows Server 2022 Standards in play. They all have various GPOs in play to make WSUS work for us, and we hate it. We want centralised management of updates, plus Defender. So, Arc?

@guyrleech @PnpPowershell @Microsoft365 @MicrosoftEdge I dread logging into entra with powershell. The browser experience is awful. Especially if you have multiple edge profiles for different tenants. 😕

Was getting "browser is not supported or up-to-date" when using @PnpPowershell to login interactively to @microsoft365 with latest @MicrosoftEdge installed. Web search suggested to login to account in normal browser which I did & then my script worked ok.
