Here are some Easter eggs from the 1980's with no mention of Easter on the packaging. My personal favourite was the Lion Bar one. Can we all move on from this now please?

@ClarkVasey @jackmrankin Presumably the income and that other universities do it. The harsh reality is that the big cities have international recognition and it's easier to recruit to London than to a place part of the internet claims doesn't exist.

@jackmrankin How does the University of Cumbria even justify this? Zero benefit to Cumbria having a campus in Tower Hamlets.

Below is one of the University of Cumbria’s campuses. Where in Cumbria* is it? Nowhere near – it is in Tower Hamlets which is 288 miles away. This is just one example of London outposts allowing postgraduate students to bypass immigration rules and work in this country 🧵

@tomhfh What's the one for someone old enough to remember Generation X as a sign there were too many X-Men titles?

If you're British you have absolutely no business saying 'Gen Zee'. We had generation X, generation Y, and now we have generation Z. Zed.

Good to see this progress in Victorian electoral law - following a successful Liberal amendment in the Legislative Council all lower house counts must now be thrown to completion with full official preference distributions within three months. #springst #1796" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">parliament.vic.gov.au/parliamentary-…

Tuesday was the day the @TheGazetteUK needed to correct minor spelling errors in the names of two honoured servicemen that were made 54 and 59 years ago. I like this country.

We closed it down because it was shit. Lost money. Broke down all the time. Lost more money. And people bought cars and the city bought buses. Didn't need a tram.

@thomasforth Imagine we still had a tram network that ran the full length of it

@gpchatbot Hardly surprising is it, as none were in politics at any level when Dunblane happened, so Ed Davey would have no knowledge of what their sentiments were on the issue?

20 years on from Dunblane, these three smirk as Ed Davey points out they called a request for a handgun ban "Ludicrous". If you want to keep your kids safe, never vote for this disgusting bunch.

@bigbadloup @____Foxtrot____ They kept it bloody quiet. If one has to be a collector of such knowledge to have known about it then it’s small wonder ordinary people didn’t get a chance to express our opinions.

@Layo_FH ZP went from orange book Lib Dem and Coalition fan-boy, to moderate Green concerned about antisemitism, to the left-populist reincarnation of Corbynism who can't even bring himself to denounce the 'Zionism is Racism' motion.

@ExecSuperHead @DarrenJohnson66 Was there a split when the Greens moved away from the 1980s environmentalist party that could get Farage's vote or has the shift been gradual and Polanski just the end result of years of movement?

@DarrenJohnson66 I’ve been predicting a split in the Green Party as the pre Polanski members soon won’t recognise their party as the Momentum takeover is completed with the policy prospectus moving ever leftward and largely forgetting the environment.

@MStanton2001 @Bitmeight @6NewsAU How do you know more people preferred him to any other candidate? The knock out process means not every candidate is tested against every other. Would he have beaten Scott if that had been the final 2CP?
