NEW: Former Astronomer employee accuses CEO Andy Byron of being "toxic," says former employees are cracking up over the video, according to the New York Post. The married CEO was caught on the big screen with the company's HR chief at a Coldplay concert. "The text groups and chains of former employees are like … everybody’s laughing their a$$ off and enjoying the hell out of what happened and him getting exposed," a source told the New York Post. Byron was also accused of having a reputation for being "toxic" and "aggressive," according to the source who spoke with the Post.
