@tinybasketbun @OniMegumi Tragic. I'd be stressed, anxious and furious too if I had to wait, and wait, and then get told, "it's almost done". Sorry to hear that this person had to put you through all this.

I never wanted to do this and I'm not going to spend time making a giant doc because I don't care to. People can believe me or not. I paid @OniMegumi for a 3D model I never received. The only screenshot I will show is the "final payment" Why would I send this w/out a model? /1

@tinybasketbun @OniMegumi there is an actual experience i DID have that i never mentioned anywhere, where i did lose a lotta money over something I dont mention it because, I feel as if nobody actually cares because all they think is it's some sort of false ploy, when it's not I am a real person :P

@CryoFyraah @OniMegumi Ya that's the thing... I hear and see it all the time. And when it was happening to me it just made me feel even worse about it b/c I know I'm not alone in this.

@tinybasketbun @OniMegumi I've had similar experiences, in some ways but not with a model specifically, usually with just supremely long wait times on comms, which I'm usually fine just waiting, but if it does extend a year, I do begin to question why I commed them when I could've commed another

@Zontes07 I don't understand how artists in the X space seem to be the most unprofessional in general, I've had more than one bad experience but this is painful b/c of the friendship.

@tinybasketbun It's very sad when a "friend" screws you over. Someone as irresponsible as this does not deserve a single penny. I'm sorry that you're going through this bummer of an experience. Artists have to get their shit together, organize themselves and keep up with their end of the deal.

@AltGeodon @OniMegumi It's been a really difficult thing to stomach to be totally honest. And even just posting this, knowing not many would see it, made me so nervous. But I felt like I had t get it off my chest.

I'm sorry I waited so long to say anything. I'm so angry about the entire thing. I'm out a LOT of money & time & what I used to believe was a genuine friendship. If you made it this far, thank you for reading.

The level of anxiety & stress this whole thing gave me. COUNTLESS projects being persistently pushed & eventually cancelled while I waited for my "almost done" model. I don't expect anything to come from me posting other than people being aware of this. /6
