@YammerTime01 It's all a scam. Nobody has the exact numbers on per rocket basis. All we know is they make a big loss every year at SpaceX. And that should be enough to push that reusability fairy tale back in Musk's ass. Thank you.

Real-life human shit stain and billionaire, Larry Fink of BlackRock is basically saying we "must beat China in the AI race" and in order to do this, money for data centers "needs to be taken out of YOUR pension funds and savings accounts." WRONG, BITCH‼️ BILLIONAIRES ARE USING AI TO BECOME TRILLIONAIRES AT THE EXPENSE OF EVERYONE ELSE. THEY THINK AMERICANS ARE DUMB ENOUGH TO BELIEVE BILLIONAIRES ARE TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE.

@benny0692698414 Good riddance! Let's make this an opportunity for Europe only, European hardware only, and European safety only by Europeans (and Canada). Good bye, we salute you 🫡

At a closed NATO meeting, an envoy from the Trump administration delivered message to the other NATO countries: The Pentagon is preparing to significantly decrease U.S. contributions to NATO. And the Trump administration expects European countries to have a plan in a few weeks for how the gaps should be closed. It writes the German magazine Der Spiegel, which has gained insight into Friday's meeting in Brussels, where Defense Minister Pete Hegseth's envoy informed senior NATO members about the US plans. According to Der Spiegel's information, the United States will henceforth make significantly fewer fighter jets, warships, drones, tank aircraft and strategic bombers available to the alliance. For example, the U.S. will reduce the number of fighter jets at NATO's disposal by a third, while the U.S. will keep submarines completely out of NATO. That's the message purportedly from Pentagon envoy Alexander Velez-Green. The U.S. report has significantly gone beyond European officials expected, Der Spiegel reported. They had thought the U.S. would cut down on NATO contributions more slowly and more gradually. spiegel.de/politik/deutsc…

@mondiani This chart is clearly made up on marketing financials. No science in sight. The guy supporting this "ourworlddata" site is no scientist too, philosopher at most. Highly suspect and just to be ignored. Thank you :-)

The EU is moving to prioritize European satellite operators over Starlink, as the European Commission prepares a decision this week designed to reduce the bloc’s dependence on U.S. infrastructure. Starlink currently controls roughly two-thirds of all active satellites in orbit. Bouygues CEO Olivier Roussat, speaking to CNBC, called Europe’s reliance on American infrastructure “dangerous” a warning Brussels appears to have finally taken seriously. SpaceX has already pushed back, urging the FCC to prepare retaliatory “reciprocal restrictions” against European satellite firms, raising the prospect of a transatlantic trade clash in orbit.

@Microinteracti1 Europe is way behind SpaceX. Even if they were to construct a reusable system it would still take decades to catch up to where SpaceX is now. Elon will win this battle.

@NXT4EU This is only about production. Losses from wind to consumer can be 80% on average. Also grid still needs extension, just for wind, with huge extra costs. Be sane, build nuclear. Fairy tale graphs.

@NXT4EU Nonsense! Of we need energy independence, but wind is not the answer above ~20%. The numbers here must be rubbish.

Research suggests that every €1 invested in wind energy delivers €7 annually for the European economy. This is due to the compounding effects of not having to import energy, leading to faster growth.

The Prime Minister’s salary will be reduced to less than half of its current level. The salaries of ministers, members of parliament, and mayors will also be significantly reduced. What I expect: humanity, moderation, and humility.

Right-Wing ECR has started Europosting, and you are dooming? Across the spectrum, people are becoming more Pro-European than ever before. Statistics indicate 9 out of 10 Europeans want Europe to be more united to face global challenges.

@LarryTheSir @thunderf00t Yeah, aiming for reuse costs 12 rockets so far. Seems logical. As we expect to send 1000 to the moon, just as the bunny drawing datacenters in space 🙃

So if you or I cheat on our taxes, we could spend time behind bars. But if Trump... or his kids... or his businesses cheat on their taxes, the law doesn't apply. This is insane & beyond corrupt. DOJ works for the American people, NOT Donald Trump.

@Mr_Sempere @TheJFreakinC The current battery storage is 610 GWH (2025), and is about 1% needed during night. Assuming all is functional. Good day.

Well this is both hilarious… and depressing at the same time. Trump’s Interior Secretary just discovered that the sun sets at night… Doug Burgum said: “When the sun goes down, solar panels produce zero electricity. The whole machine doesn't work.” Then, Rep. Jared Huffman literally held a battery up and said: “I request to enter into the record this amazing new technology that apparently the Secretary is unaware of. It’s a battery.” Then Huffman added that China has figured it out, “that’s why they are cleaning our clock on clean energy.” Energy storage exists. Grid-scale batteries exist. Entire countries are building them at scale right now. But, here we are, still debating whether solar panels stop working when the sun sets. At some point it stops being a policy disagreement and starts feeling like we’re arguing with reality itself.
