@nsitharaman A delivery charge is a service which is taxable ,so why aren’t we getting an invoice for it ? @GST_Council @PiyushGoyalOffc @BJP4India @zomato is one step ahead and not including packaging charge in invoice.

@deepigoyal Just accept the fact that you have irregularities and correct it. One simple thing: I paid delivery charge and packaging charge so give me an invoice for the two. If not refund all #Zomato #Customers @GST_Council @abplive @PiyushGoyal

Guys you again shared Summary whereas on call you clearly mentioned invoice. @deepigoyal is it this hard to accept our flaws ? Delivery charge levied by #Zomato so tax invoice from them for the service. Packaging charge by Restaurant so invoice from them . @GST_Council

@PiyushGoyal @Swiggy is claiming that they do not require an invoice for the delivery charge. @nandanreddy Guess you do pay for car servicing or courier service or way too many other services.You do ask for an invoice for all then why not issue one for yours?

@tipramas Since the delivery charges are levied by us and the same is paid to our delivery partners therefore it is not included in the physical bill or the restaurant invoice. You can view the charges break up under the orders section of the app. Kindly take a look. ^Anushka

@tipramas The delivery partner fee of Rs. 67/- does not get included in the invoice bill. The entire amount can be seen on the order summary which s sent to the registered email ID. ^Biswas

@zomato @jagograhakjago Please check the invoice amount and the amount paid.On escalation I’ve received a refund so pretty much all my invoices are fake which are being issued by #Zomato.I’ve got refund for one order and will raise for others as well.
