I’ve been trying to find a team in modern NFL history that went an entire offseason without signing an external free agent before the start of a season but I can’t find one.
I think there’s a chance the 2026 Broncos could become the first team in NFL history to not sign a single external free agent.
I don’t think that’ll be the case, but you can’t rule it out at this point.

My floor and ceiling for the Carolina Panthers next season, assuming everyone is healthy: Floor — 8-9 Ceiling — 13-4 I’m fully bought into the hype. I can see an NFC championship appearance easily, but I’m trying hard to manage my expectations. If we win in the draft like we did in free agency, the floor and ceiling could both rise even more. #KeepPounding
