Wondering about everyone’s MotsC protocol. I’m thinking about running 3mg 2x/wk then increasing frequency to 3x/wk I believe the intermittent approach is successful because MOTS-c is more as a signaling peptide than a replacement hormone, so people try to “pulse” it around training/recovery instead of maintaining continuously high exposure.

The amount of crap we get for having fit, strong and healthy kids on social media is astounding. My daughter hung up her cleats and is graduating early from a top business school next year with distinction most likely. She has a coveted internship this summer with a great company. My son is wrestling in college. My youngest son is just a good kid who is respectful and works hard. Yet people hated on me when they were breaking powerlifting records for fun on random weekends. It’s all part of developing a complete human.
